Prof. Changmin Park at Seoul National University College of Medicine to receive KSR-Accuzen Promising Young Doctor Award

At 72th 2016 KCR symposium held at Coex, Seoul from 21th to 23th, the Korean Society of Radiology (President Seunghyeop Kim) and Taejoon Pharm. (President Taeyoung Lee) selected Prof. Jinhyeong Kim at University of Ulsan College of Medicine and Prof. Changmin Park at Seoul National University College of Medicine to be given 15th KSR-Taejoon Radiological Award to and 7th KSR-Accuzen Promising Young Doctor Award, respectively.

At the awards ceremony held on the 22th, Taejoon Pharm. gave as prize money 20 million won to Prof. Jinhyeong Kim who won KSR-Taejoon Radiological Award and 5 million won to Prof. Changmin Park who won KSR-Accuzen Promising Young Doctor Award.

First created back in 2002 to contribute to the development of radiology by presenting academic visions and increasing research competitiveness in the field of radiology, KSR-Taejoon Radiological Award has been annually given to the contributor who has made the greatest academic achievement of the year in the field of radiology and so far, there are 15 awardees. First created in 2010 for the purpose of supporting research conducted by young radiologists, this year marks the 7th KSR-Accuzen Promising Young Doctor Award. These two awards are becoming by far the most highly regarded awards in the field of radiology in Korea.
